May 23 (SeeNews) - The number of construction permits issued in Bosnia's Serb Republic totalled 88 in April, down 13.7% on the year, the entity's statistical office said on Monday.
The number of permits issued for residential and non-residential buildings fell by 32.3% in annual terms to 65 in April, whereas the number of permits for civil engineering projects surged by 283.3% to 23, the Institute of Statistics of the Serb Republic said in a monthly report.
The number of permits issued for dwellings dropped by 41.1% in annual terms to 546 in April.
The Serb Republic is one of two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Federation.
