March 20 (SeeNews) - The average net monthly salary in Bosnia and Herzegovina stood at 1,209 marka ($662/618 euro) in January, up by a real 15.4% on an annual comparison basis, and higher by a real 1.1% compared to December, the country's statistical office said on Monday.
In nominal terms, the average net monthly wage rose by 15.9% year-on-year and by 1.6% month-on-month in January, the statistical office said in a statement.
The average gross monthly salary was 1,861 marka in January, 15.4% higher on the year in real terms.
The average net monthly salary in Bosnia and Herzegovina increased by 12.5% year-on-year in nominal terms in 2022, reaching 1,122 marka.
