January 30 (SeeNews) - Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Nasa Banka [BANJ:PIBB] said on Monday its shareholders have approved a plan to raise 3.125 million marka ($1.7 million/1.6 million euro) of fresh equity capital through a new share issue.
The bank intends to issue 3,125,000 ordinary shares of 1 marka in par value each, it said in a bourse filing.
Following the planned share issue, Nasa Banka's capital will amount to 33.182 million marka.
In November, Nasa Banka increased its capital by 4.225 million marka, to 30.057 million marka, by issuing 4,225,000 new ordinary shares of 1 marka in par value each.
The bank's shares last traded on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE) on December 29, when they closed flat at 0.66 marka.
