December 22 (SeeNews) - Bosnian furniture maker Interlignum said it is inviting investors to subscribe for its 6 million marka ($3.5 million/3.1 million euro) bond issue, which aims to help the company cover its debt obligations.
The company will issue 60,000 securities at 100 marka in par value each, it said in a public invitation published on the Banja Luka bourse website on Tuesday.
The eight-year bonds will have a six-month grace period and a fixed annual interest of 4.0%.
The subscription period will last 30 days after the publication of the notice on December 21.
Interlignum was founded in 2002 by local businessman Stojko Petkovic, who owns the entire capital of the company.
