March 20 (SeeNews) - Bosnian furniture maker Interlignum placed a 2 million marka ($1.1 million/1 million euro) notes issue with an five-year term, in line with its target, the company said on Monday.
The company issued 20,000 securities at 100 marka each, equal to their par value, it said in a filing with the Banja Luka Stock Exchange.
The notes bear annual interest of 6% paid in monthly installments, Interlignum said in an earlier filing.
Interlignum was founded in 2002 by local businessman Stojko Petkovic, who owns the entire capital of the company.
