SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), December 11 (SeeNews) - Bosnian oil products distributor Hifa Petrol intends to buy all the shares it does not already own in domestic hydraulic equipment supplier Pobjeda Tesanj [SAJ:PBJTRK1], the suitor said

The offer concerns 281,184 shares, or a 59.92% stake in Pobjeda Tesanj, Hifa Petrol said in a filing with the Sarajevo stock exchange (SASE). 

The notice of intent was published in local newspapers Dnevni Avaz and Dnevni List on December 8 and December 9, respectively.

Pobjeda Tesanj's shares last traded on the Sarajevo bourse on September 13 at a price of 6.8 marka ($3.85/3.47 euro).
