SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), January 10 (SeeNews) – The privatisation agency of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina has announced an auction of property belonging to majority state-owned engineering company Energoinvest [SAJ:ENISR] with a starting price of 2.3 million marka ($1.24/1.2 million euro).
The Federation is selling a commercial building, a plot of land, workshops and a substation located in the vicinity of Sarajevo and run by Energoinvest, the privatisation agency said in a notice on Monday.
The auction will be held on January 24.
In January last year, the government approved the sale of a 67% state-owned stake in Energoinvest.
Energoinvest has representative offices in Kosovo, Turkey, Croatia, Ethiopia, Algeria, and Libya.
The Federation is one of the two autonomous entities that make up Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Serb Republic.
