March 31 (SeeNews) - The net electricity output of Bosnia's Federation stood at 706 GWh in February, down from 714 GWh in the same month last year, the entity's statistical office said
Electricity imports rose to 81 GWh in February, from 30 GWh in February 2022, while exports dropped to 140 GWh from 203 GWh, the entity's statistical office said in a monthly report this week.
The net electricity output of hydropower plants rose to 351 GWh in February, from 258 GWh in the same month of 2022, while the output of thermal power plants declined to 323 GWh from 420 GWh.
The Federation's net electricity output in February was 2.6% lower than in January.
Month-on-month, the Federation's electricity imports fell 32.5% and exports dropped 13.6% in February.
The Federation is one of two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Serb Republic.
