September 7 (SeeNews) - Bosnian non-life insurance company Brcko-gas Osiguranje [BANJ:BG9-R-A] increased its capital by 800,000 marka ($485,500/409,000 euro) to 7 million marka through a new share issue, it said.
Brcko-gas Osiguranje issued 800 ordinary shares of 1,000 marka in par value each, the bank said in a bourse filing on Monday.
After the increase, Brcko-gas Osiguranje's capital is divided into 7,000 shares of 1,000 marka in par value each.
The central registry of securities informed the Banja Luka bourse on September 6 about the registration of Brcko-gas Osiguranje's new share issue.
Trading in the newly registered shares will start after the issuer submits the approved prospectus for the listing of the securities to the stock exchange.
