July 26 (SeeNews) - Bosnian brewer Banjalucka Pivara [BANJ:BLPV-R-A] turned to a net loss of 1.1 million marka ($629,404/565,181 euro) in the first half of 2019, from a 1.5 million marka net profit a year earlier, it said on Friday.
The company's first-half operating revenue fell by an annual 8.1% to 23.2 million marka, while operating costs edged up to 23 million marka from 22.4 million marka, it said in an interim financial statement filed to the Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE).
Net sales revenue fell 7% to 19.9 million marka, as sales volume shrank 6% to 210,000 hectolitres.
