BELGRADE (Serbia), December 27 (SeeNews) – Serbian company Belgrade Waterfront, the developer of an eponymous real estate project in Serbia's capital, said it signed a home finance agreement with Erste Bank to secure ready and off-plan property mortgages for apartments within the BW Vista and BW Parkview buildings.
BW Vista and BW Parkview will stand 82 metres high, with 23 floors and modern residential units varying in size from studios to one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, while amenities will include shops, restaurants and cafes, a playground and a kindergarten in BW Vista, Belgrade Waterfront said in a statement earlier this week.
"We are pleased to forge a mortgage agreement with Erste Bank, which recognises the significance of Belgrade Waterfront amongst local customers and investors. Interested buyers are now able to finance their ready-to-move-in as well as off-plan apartments in BW Vista and BW Parkview through more affordable loans and simpler finance facilities," the general manager of Belgrade Waterfront, Nikola Nedeljkovic, said in the statement.
The two residential buildings within Belgrade Waterfront are set to welcome their first residents in 2019, the company said.
"Erste Bank has been a long-standing partner of investors across Serbia, providing housing finance for new residences under construction. We are glad to collaborate with Belgrade Waterfront, whereby along with favourable conditions, those interested in buying apartments in BW Vista and BW Parkview will enjoy a special finance facility including relaxed documentation procedures," the CEO of the Serbian unit of Erste Bank, Slavko Caric, said.
Following the completion of the ground level and basement slabs on both buildings, the construction works above ground are underway. In addition, works on the fourth floor of BW Vista and second floor of BW Parkview are ongoing. The main contractor of BW Vista and BW Parkview is Austrian civil engineering group Strabag.
