August 17 (SeeNews) - Belgrade share indices on Monday fell, erasing their Friday's gains in a session of dwindling volumes, bourse data showed.
The blue-chip BELEX15 index of the Belgrade stock exchange fell 2.71% to 627.61 points after adding 2.71% on Friday. The broader BELEXline index shed 1.67% to 1,241.21 points after gaining 1.81% on Friday.
The joint SRX index of the bourses in Belgrade and Vienna plunged 3.08% to 286.04 on Monday.
The bourse's total turnover fell to 40 million dinars ($603,563/428,728 euro) from 56 million dinars on Friday.
Trade in government securities generated 1.7 million dinars on Monday versus 7.2 million on Friday.
Blue-chip lender AIK Banka again traded most, generating turnover of 10.1 million dinars, or a quarter of total turnover. Its share price fell 3.5% to 2,263 dinars.
Blue-chip peer Agrobanka followed with turnover of 4.6 million dinars. Its shares fell 3.02% to 7,712 dinars.
Eighteen stocks advanced on Monday, 24 declined and 17 remained unchanged.
