December 6 (SeeNews) - Cookware maker Metalac [BEL:MTLC] led the blue-chip gainers' list on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Tuesday, as stock indices went up, bourse data showed.
A total of 100 Metalac shares changed hands in a turnover of 159,900 dinars. Metalac closed up 3.16% at 1,599 dinars.
The BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, ended the session up 0.17% at 811.69 points. The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index, closed up 0.18% at 1,767.78.
The total turnover on the bourse amounted to 17.5 million dinars ($156,200/149,200 euro) on Tuesday, down from 260.6 million dinars on Monday, as 74 transactions were carried out.
Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the stock exchange generated a turnover of 12.4 million dinars.
Trading in Treasury bonds contributed 1.5 million dinars to the total turnover on the stock exchange on Tuesday.
