September 25 (SeeNews) - The mostly positive run that the Belgrade share indices enjoyed in the past couple of weeks ended on Friday in a session of lower volumes, bourse data showed.
The blue-chip BELEX15 index of the Belgrade Stock Exchange fell 1.19% to 852.58 points after rising 2.29% on Thursday. The broader BELEXline index edged down 0.94% to 1,592.75 points after gaining 1.81% a day earlier.
The joint SRX index of the bourses in Belgrade and Vienna dropped 2.37% to 383.07 on the week's last working day.
The Belgrade bourse's total turnover contacted to 120.6 million dinars ($3.0 million/2.0 million euro) from 192 million dinars on Thursday. Trade in government bonds accounted for 2.9 million dinars of the day's turnover, down from 16 million a day earlier.
Blue-chip lender AIK Banka again led the session in terms of turnover. Shares picked up 0.87% to 3,148 dinars in a volume of 24.6 million dinars.
Reinsurer Dunav Re ended unchanged at 20,400 dinars in a turnover of 18.6 million dinars.
Blue-chip lender Agrobanka slid 7.97% to 10,905 dinars in the third largest turnover of 12.2 million dinars.
News daily Politika posted the biggest gain, surging 15.38% to 150 dinars.
Brewer BIP was the session's biggest decliner, dropping 9.52% to 57 dinars.
Fallers outnumbered climbers by 32 to 29, while the shares of 21 companies ended flat on Friday.
