June 1 (SeeNews) - The blue-chip BELEX15 index of the Belgrade Stock Exchange closed 0.15% lower at 909.06 points on Thursday, as trading in Treasury bonds boosted the total turnover, bourse data showed.
Insurer Dunav Osiguranje [BEL:DNOS] paced the decliners, closing 1.40% lower at 988 dinars, Belgrade Stock Exchange data showed. A total of 192 Dunav shares changed hands, generating the day's largest turnover of 189,790 dinars.
Oil and gas company NIS [BEL:NIIS] led the blue-chip gainers, closing 0.35% higher at 853 dinars.
The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index fell 0.08% to 1,812.06 points.
The bourse's total trading turnover soared to 85.5 million dinars ($779,300/728,900 euro) from 9.6 million dinars on Wednesday. Trading in Treasury bonds contributed 84.9 million dinars of Thursday's turnover.
