May 30 (SeeNews) - Auchan Romania will open a new supermarket in Bucharest after leasing 2,600 sq m of retail space in a building developed by Forte Partners, the real estate developer said on Monday.
The building will be delivered in the third quarter of this year, Forte Partners said in a press release.
Forte Partners was established in 2014 and has developed a portfolio of projects worth over 450 million euro ($482.9 million), both in the office and residential segments.
Auchan Romania is a subsidiary of French retailer Auchan and currently owns 33 hypermarkets, 7 supermarkets and 333
MyAuchan ultra-proximity stores.
