August 13 (SeeNews) - The main share indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) closed lower on Tuesday, as none of the 10 blue-chip companies posted gains, bourse data showed.
Seven of the blue chips ended lower, while the remaining three closed unchanged.
Shipping company Atlantska Plovidba [ZSE:ATPL] led the blue-chip losers, as its share price fell 2.64% to 405 kuna in a slim volume of 130 units.
The preferred stock of diversified holding Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS2] generated the highest turnover among the blue chips, of 328,164 kuna, with the share price going down 0.22% to 464 kuna.
ZSE's total trading turnover rose to 4.3 million kuna ($651,000/582,000 euro) on Tuesday, from 3.4 million kuna on Monday.
The 25-share benchmark index CROBEX dropped 0.45% to 1,885.68 on Tuesday after falling 0.26% in the previous trading session.
The narrower of the ZSE's two blue-chip indices, the CROBEX10, which tracks the leading companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, fell 0.39% to 1,100.26 after declining 0.05% on Monday.
The fixed-income CROBIS index closed flat at 116.15 for a second day running on Tuesday.
Trading in six-year government securities [ZSE:H23BA] generated 32 million kuna in turnover on the bourse's over-the-counter market on Tuesday. A total of 30 million government securities, issued in November 2017, changed hands in two transactions on the OTC segment.
