BELGRADE (Serbia), October 5 (SeeNews) – Amsterdam-based Coca-Cola HBC Balkan Holding B.V. has taken over a 89% stake in the Serbian subsidiary of Greece's Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company (HBC), Serbian bourse BELEX said on Monday.
The Amsterdam-based company took over 3,164,932 shares of Coca-Cola HBC-Srbija on September 30, BELEX said in a statement without providing additional details.

In 2005, Coca-Cola HBC bought Serbian company Vlasinka, which bottles mineral water under the Rosa brand. Vlasinka is also active in Montenegro, Macedonia and the Bosnian Serb Republic, one of the two autonomous parts of Bosnia.
