April 4 (SeeNews) - Albania’s road authority, ARRSH, said it has opened tender procedures for the reconstruction of a segment of a road linking the capital Tirana to the Adriatic coast, estimated to cost 755 million leks ($8 million/7.3 million euro).
Potential bidders should carry out earthworks, road construction, drainage work, and ensure escarpment protection over a two-year period, ARRSH said in tender documents filed with the country’s procurement portal on Wednesday.
Offers should be submitted by May 8.
