June 2 (SeeNews) - Denmark-based cleantech company WindowMaster International said on Friday it has set up an exclusive partnership with an unnamed Bulgarian company focusing on building automation in the construction sector.
The decision to enter the Bulgarian market was taken as analysts and institutions forecast near and mid-term growth in commercial, industrial and institutional construction, backed by increased investments from both the public and private sector, WindowMaster International said in a press release.
The company had not replied to a SeeNews request to name its Bulgarian partner and provide details on the partnership by the time of publication.
Based near Sofia, WindowMaster's Bulgarian partner will focus on promoting its natural ventilation solutions, including hardware, and WindowMaster's know-how in the field, according to the press release. It will expand WindowMaster's existing network of partners in Europe, Oceania and North America, operating in addition to the company's own international sales subsidiaries.
"The partner company has the capabilities to push, plan and execute projects with our solutions," the Danish ventilation specialist added.
WindowMaster International develops and supplies smart ventilation, and heat and smoke airing hardware solutions, and related software, for commercial use in six segments, including office real estate, shopping centres, hospitals and sports facilities. The company is listed on Nasdaq Nordic and has a market capitalisation of some 77 million Danish crowns ($11.1 million/10.3 million euro).
