March 21 (SeeNews) - Macedonia’s Komercijalna Banka [MSE:KMB] said on Wednesday that East Capital Explorer Investments AB and its affiliated company Salink Limited have sold a 13.076% stake in the company in a transaction worth 1.12 billion denars ($22.4 million/18.2 million euro).
A total of 298,003 Komercijalna Banka shares were sold in a block transaction priced at 3,750 denars per share, the lender said in a bourse filing.

The shares were acquired by Macedonian companies Adora Inzenering, Granit Skopje, IGM-Trade Ilija and Industry Service Skopje. The stake of each of the four companies does not exceed 5% in Komercijalna Banka's share capital, the lender said.
Later on Wednesday, Granit Skopje said in a separate statement that it has acquired a total of 113,700 Komercijalna Banka shares. The number of shares is equal to a 4.99% stake in Komercijalna Banka.
In November 2017, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development sold its 5.245% stake in Komercijalna Banka.
Skopje-based Komercijalna Banka is a component of the Macedonian Stock Exchange’s blue-chip MBI-10 index.
