LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), January 9 (SeeNews) – Slovenian hand tools manufacturer Unior [LJSE:UKIG] posted the biggest gains among the blue-chip companies on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) on Thursday, supporting a rise in the bourse's main share index, LJSE data showed.
Unior's shares closed at 14.0 euro, up 3.70%.
Logistics company Intereuropa [LJE:IEKG] fell the most among the blue chips. The company's shares ended the session 5.59% lower at 1.35 euro.
The SBITOP index, which tracks the most liquid and capitalised stocks on the LJSE, gained 1.24% to 949.44 points.
Total regulated market daily turnover rose to 2.1 million euro ($2.3 million) on Thursday, from 1.62 million euro on Wednesday, with pharmaceuticals producer Krka [LJE:KRKG] contributing almost half of it – 1.05 million euro..
