January 30 (SeeNews) - United Kingdom-based fire safety and thermal insulation company Zenova said on Tuesday it has expanded to Romania by signing a non-exclusive distribution agreement with local company Distreo.
Distreo has already pre-ordered 500 FX500 extinguishers and has launched a Romanian market-specific website dedicated to selling these products to end customers, Zenova said in a press release.
The distribution agreement with Distreo covers the entire range of Zenova's fire and temperature management products, the company said.
"The clear acceleration in Zenova’s signing distribution agreements in new countries in Europe like Germany and Romania, and across the globe is a deliberate execution of a sales strategy that follows the completion of a capital-intensive period focused on R&D and enhanced certification standards of our product suite," said Thomas Melchior, CEO of Zenova.
Zenova is developing a range of fire safety and temperature management products, including fire retardant paints, insulating paints and render, fire extinguishing fluid and fire extinguishers.
