November 13 (SeeNews) - Turkish venture capital firm Verusa Holding said it has raised 56.5 million Turkish lira ($27.5 million/20.5 million euro) in gross proceeds via an initial public offering (IPO) on Borsa Istanbul, the company said.
The company offered investors 5.0 million new shares with a nominal value of one lira apiece at 11.30 lira per share on November 12, it said in a statement on its website.

Its shareholders sold separately 2.0 million existing shares at the same price.
The company's equity capital has increased to 123 million Turkish lira after the IPO.
