ISTANBUL (Turkey), January 2 (SeeNews) – Turkey’s Treasury plans to pay back 44.8 billion lira ($19.04 billion/15.8 billion euro) of domestic debt, including 11.1 billion lira of foreign debt, between January and March, the Treasury said, according to local media.
Figures released on the Treasury's official website show that the domestic debt redemption projected for January 2014 to March 2015 is 33.7 billion lira while domestic borrowing amounts to 30.1 billion lira, news agency Anadolu Ajansi said on Wednesday.
