ISTANBUL (Turkey), January 12 (SeeNews) – Turkish lender Garanti Bank [BIST:GARAN] said on Monday it has sold 368.7 million Turkish lira ($161.3 million/136.5 million euro) in bonds with varying maturities through public offering.
The bank sold 366.5 million lira in 85-day bonds with a compound interest rates of 8.34403%, 1.9 million lira in 368-day discount bonds with compound interest rates of 8.38343%, and 271,899 lira in 728-day fixed-coupon bonds with a coupon rate of 2.08527%, it said in a bourse filing.
Garanti Bank is Turkey’s second largest privately-owned bank in terms of total assets.
