August 15 (SeeNews) - Turkey's Denizbank [BIST:DENIZ] said it has decided to buy the 7.8227% stake of its unit Deniz Finansal Kiralama, also known as Deniz Leasing, in its Austria-based unit Denizbank AG for 58.75 million euro ($78 million).
Denizbank will pay 4,270 euro per Denizbank AG share in cash to Deniz Leasing. After the acquisition Denizbank's stake in Denizbank AG will increase to 99.99%, the Turkish lender said in a bourse filing on Wednesday.
