February 3 (SeeNews) - The cumulative wind energy capacity of Turkey rose by 27.9% and reached 2,956 megawatt (MW) in 2013 while it remained the country with the largest wind energy capacity among southeast European countries such as Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania, Slovenia, Macedonia, and Serbia, data from the European Wind Energy Association (EWEA) indicated on Monday.
