SOFIA (Bulgaria), March 31 (SeeNews) – A total of 472,257 shares, equal to 9.2% of Bulgarian financial leasing company Elana Agrocredit [BUL:0EA] changed hands by 1245 CET on Tuesday on the Sofia stock exchange, bourse data indicated.
The shares were traded in 15 transactions at a price of 0.001 levs per share, or 472 levs ($262/241 euro) in total, bourse data showed.

The parties to the deal were not disclosed.
Elana Agrocredit's capital consists of 5,115,435 shares with a par value of 1.0 lev each, according to bourse data.
Elana Agrocredit debuted on the Sofia stock exchange in November 2013. It has said it plans to issue 15,346,305 new shares with a par value of 1 lev and an issue price of 1.02 levs apiece in an attempt to increase its capital to some 20.5 million levs. The capital hike will be considered successful if investors subscribe to at least 5.0 million shares.
The financial leasing company offers is part of Elana Group.
