April 28 (SeeNews) - Slovenia's biggest telecommunications operator - state-controlled Telekom Slovenije [LJE:TLSG], recorded a 1% decline in consolidated net profit for 2022 to 37.5 million euro ($41.2 million), it said on Friday.
The company's consolidated operating revenue grew 1% to 659 million euro in 2022, Telekom Slovenije said in an annual report filed with the Ljubljana bourse.
The earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) fell 2% to 216.5 million euro, while earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) totalled 50.4 million euro.
Return on sales went down to 7.7% in 2022 from 8.0% a year earlier, while net financial debt rose 1% to 401.2 million euro at end-December.
The consolidated statement includes the results of Telekom Slovenije d.d ., its Slovenian companies Avtenta, GVO, Planet TV, Soline, TSinpo, TSmedia, and its subsidiary in Kosovo - IPKO.
