May 12 (SeeNews) - A total of 1,875,178 shares of Bosnian flour milling and baked goods producer Klas [SAJ:KLASR], equal to a 36.8% stake in the company, are offered for sale at a price of 6.4 marka ($4.6 /3.3 euro) apiece, the Sarajevo bourse said on Monday.
The shares on offer are owned by Klas’s biggest shareholder, local food company AS, which holds a 63.18% stake in Klas, the Sarajevo Stock Exchange said on its website.

The offer will remain open for 30 days.
Klas’s equity capital is divided into 5,093,364 shares with par value of 10 marka each.
