February 26 (SeeNews) - A total of 63,387 shares in Bulgaria's 235 Holdings, equal to a 1.2% stake in the real estate investment company, changed hands in a single deal worth just over 1 million levs ($592,900/511,300 euro) on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on Tuesday, bourse data shows.
The deal was priced at 15.8 levs per share, or 6.04% higher that the company's previous closing price on the Sofia exchange, according to BSE data.

Hong Kong-registered 235 Holdings Limited, majority owner of Sofia-based 235 Holdings, has been actively divesting its stake in the company since mid-2018. In June 2018, 235 Holdings Limited held a 97.87% interest in the Bulgarian company but via several transactions cut its stake to 58.95% by February 2.
235 Holdings shares started trading on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on July 4, 2018. The company's share price has soared 216% since then.
Last year, 235 Holdings increased its capital to 5.1 million levs from 100,000 levs by issuing 5 million shares at a price of 1 lev apiece.
