August 27 (SeeNews) - Nearly 20.5 million shares of Romanian oil and gas group OMV Petrom [BSE:SNP], equal to a 0.04% stake, changed hands for 9.8 million lei ($2.9 million/2.2 million euro) on the Bucharest bourse on Wednesday, stock exchange data showed.
The shares changed hands in two block deals at an average price of 0.4800 lei each, Bucharest Stock Exchange data indicated.

The parties to the deal were not disclosed.
In regular trading, blue chip OMV Petrom was trading 0.10% down at 0.4805 lei by 1635 CET on the Bucharest bourse.
