September 2 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Sofia municipality said on Monday it has opened a 3.9 million levs ($2.2 million/2.0 million euro) tender for widening, construction and reconstruction of streets in the city's Vitosha district.
The tender is divided into three lots, with the highest-priced lot envisaging the widening of a street, the municipality said in a tender notice.
The project also envisages construction of a new street and an additional lane on an existing street along with the installation of street lights.
Bids in the tender will be ranked according to price, which will have 55% weight in the final score, and on various quality criteria.
The deadline for submitting offers is October 14.
Works on the first lot should be completed within 120 days, while works on the other two lots should be completed within 60 days.
