September 16 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian Stock Exchange blue-chip SOFIX index recorded back-to-back winning sessions, as Eurohold Bulgaria shares rallied on Monday.
The SOFIX ended the session 0.24% higher at 580.02 points, while the financial and insurance group led gainers on the exchange on Monday, adding 6.42% to erase recent losses.
The wider BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse, edged up 0.04% to 113.53 points, while the BGTR30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, erased 0.23% to 506.87 points.
The BGTR30 was dragged down by Central Cooperative Bank [BUL:4CF], which dropped 3.35%, followed by Doverie United Holding [BUL:5DOV] and Industrial Holding Bulgaria [BUL:4ID] with decreases of 2.96% and 2.86%, respectively.
The BGREIT index, which tracks real estate investment trusts, closed 0.13% lower at 126.61 points.
Total regulated market trading turnover amounted to some 379,000 levs ($213,000/194,000 euro).
