August 19 (SeeNews) - Mobiasbanca, the Moldovan unit of French banking group Societe Generale, swung to a 5.84 million lei ($521,000/369,000 euro) net loss in the first half this year from a 53.4 million lei net profit a year earlier, the bank said.

Mobiasbanca is listed on the Moldovan Stock Exchange, BVM. Societe Generale Group holds 67.85% of Mobiasbanca. BRD, Societe Generale's Romanian unit, holds 20% and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) owns 8.84%.
