July 30 (SeeNews) - Slovenian hotel operator Union Hoteli [LJE:GHUG] said it has increased its own shareholding to 1.0584% after purchasing 1,000 own shares on the Ljubljana bourse.
Union Hoteli bought the shares on July 24, paying 20.8 euro ($23.2) apiece, it said in a bourse filing on Monday.
Prior to the purchase, it held 1.0026% of its capital.
It now owns 18,968 of its own shares.
Union Hoteli group operates the Grand Hotel Union, the Grand Hotel Union Business, the Hotel Lev and the Central Hotel, located in the centre of Slovenia's capital Ljubljana.
