September 3 (SeeNews) - Slovenian hotel operator Union Hoteli [LJSE:GHUG] said it has increased its own shareholding to 1.6176% from 1.6153% after purchasing 40 of its own shares on the Ljubljana bourse.
Union Hoteli bought the shares, equivalent to 0.0023% of all issued shares, at 20.2 euro ($22.1) apiece on August 29, it said in a bourse filing on Monday.
The company now owns 29,017 treasury shares.
Union Hoteli's shares last traded on the Ljubljana bourse on August 29, closing flat at 20.2 euro.
Union Hoteli group operates the Grand Hotel Union, the Grand Hotel Union Business, the Hotel Lev and the Central Hotel, located in the centre of Slovenia's capital Ljubljana.
