LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), April 1 (SeeNews) – Slovenian cable and pay TV operator Telemach has become 100% owner of local mobile operator Tusmobil after paying out the purchase price and following the book-entry transfer of the ownership, Tusmobil said on Wednesday.
Telemach, as part of the transaction whose value was not disclosed, repaid part of Tusmobil’s financial liabilities and entered into creditor relationship with the purchased company, Tusmobil said in a bourse filing.

Mark Ster was appointed director at Tusmobil, replacing Gregor Stampohar, it added.
In October, Slovenian diversified conglomerate Tus Holding said it signed a deal to sell mobile operator Tusmobil, which has nearly 300,000 subscribers, to Telemach.
The Telemach group serves over 1.8 million cable and satellite TV, broadband, fixed and mobile subscribers across six markets in Southeast Europe with a combined population of over 20 million.
