LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), September 19 (SeeNews) – Slovenian lender Nova KBM has said it completed the acquisition of the entire capital of Summit Leasing Slovenija (SLS) as part of efforts to expand its product range with financial leasing services.
SLS will continue to operate as a separate entity under the leadership of the current management team and with the existing employees, Nova KBM said in a filing with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on Monday.

No financial details were disclosed.
Moreover, SLS will benefit from the access to funding to support the future growth of its customer base and will continue to focus on providing best-in-class service, the Slovenian bank said.
Nova KBM has met the conditions to close the deal and has received the necessary regulatory approvals, the lender noted.
Last week, Moody's affirmed Slovenian lender Nova KBM's Ba2 long-term deposits ratings and changed the outlook to positive from stable.
