August 17 (SeeNews) - Slovenian lender NKBM said on Friday it has hired UniCredit CAIB to advise on the sale of a 50.9963% stake in insurer Zavarovalnica Maribor.
The planned sale of the Zavarovalnica Maribor stake is in line with a decision made in June by NKBM's shareholders to undertake activities for the disposal of non-core assets, the lender said in a bourse filing.
