October 3 (SeeNews) - Slovenian trading company Kompas Shop [LJE:MTSG] recorded a net profit of 2.8 million euro ($2.8 million) in the first half of 2022, up from 537,797 euro in the like period of last year, it said.
The revenue of the company went up to 45.6 million euro from 18.2 million euro, Kompas Shop said in a filing with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on Friday.
Kompas Shop reported earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) of 3.8 million euro, up from 1.3 million euro in the first half of 2021, the company said.
Kompas Shop runs a chain of shops located at Slovenia's border crossings.
