May 30 (SeeNews) - Slovenian financial services provider KD Group [LJE: KDHR] said on Wednesday its consolidated net profit rose to 1.5 million euro ($1.7 million) in the first quarter from 200,000 euro in the prior-year period.
The group's consolidated revenue fell 13% on the year to 79.2 million euro, while its EBITDA grew 71% to 6.4 million euro in the three months through March, KD Group said in an interim financial statement.
KD Group recently sold a 100% stake in insurance company Adriatic Slovenica to Generali CEE Holding, part of Italy's Generali Group, for 245 million euro.
