February 6 (SeeNews) - Slovenian home appliances maker Gorenje [LJE:GRVG] said on Wednesday it plans to reorganise into a limited liability company with a share capital of 101.4 million euro ($115.8 million).
The company's shareholders will vote on the proposed change on February 7, it said in a bourse filing
The company also said that it will take over the shares from those shareholders opposing the reorganisation of Gorenje d.d. into a limited liability company for appropriate monetary compensation.
"The appropriate monetary compensation for a business shares shall be based on the compensation of 12 euro per share which was the compensation offered in the takeover offer and in the squeeze-out process," the statement added.
The limited liability company's name shall be Gorenje gospodinjski aparati, headquartered in Velenje, in Slovenia.
“The share capital of Gorenje, which amounts to 101,415,882.14 euro shall transform into the share capital of the limited liability company, which shall amount to 101,415,882.14 euro,” the company noted.
