March 6 (SeeNews) - Slovenian document printing company Cetis [LJSE:CETG] shareholders have approved the payment of a gross dividend of 30 euro ($32.6) per share on March 13, it said.
The shareholders approved a dividend payout of 6.0 million euro from the balance sheet profit for 2022 at their general meeting on March 5, Cetis said in a filing with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on Tuesday.
The remaining part of the 2022 profit in the amount of 4.6 million euro, will remain undistributed, Cetis said.
The company decided not to distribute the 2022 balance sheet profit to the shareholders last year, to retain the aid received by the government under an act to mitigate the effects of the energy crisis. According to the act, a beneficiary of economic aid should repay the funds if it distributes profit for 2022.
