June 28 (SeeNews) - Slovenia's SBITOP index, which tracks the most liquid and capitalised stocks on the bourse, fell by 0.25% to 794.79 points on Wednesday after declining 0.68% in the previous trading session.
Nine blue-chip companies out of eleven closed lower on Wednesday.
The share price of finance company KD Group [LJE:KDHR] fell the most among the blue chips on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) - by 3.86% to 6.705 euro ($7.63). The company generated a turnover of just 170 euro.
Port operator Luka Koper [LJE:LKPG] led the blue-chip gainers, adding 1.43% to a closing price of 30.485 euro in a turnover of 33,170 euro.
The trading turnover on the LJSE totalled 628,580 euro. Drug maker Krka [LJE:KRKG] contributed the most to Wednesday's turnover, 252,670 euro. Its closing price was 0.16% lower, at 54.91 euro.
