April 27 (SeeNews) - Slovenia's ‘bad bank’, the Bank Assets Management Company (DUTB), has invited binding bids for the purchase of claims towards 12 legal entities with a total value of 70.8 million euro ($75.4 million), it said in a notice on its website.
The deadline for submitting offers is May 26 and bidders should pay a deposit of 200,000 euro to participate in the auction, DUTB said in the notice, published on Tuesday.
Details about the claims were not disclosed in the public tender documentation and will be available to bidders in a virtual data room, DUTB noted
DUTB reserves the right to invite bidders to improve or supplement their bids or to continue individual negotiations with all or certain bidders, the bad bank said.
On Monday, DUTB published a tender for the sale ofbinding bids for the purchase of claims towards 16 legal entities with a total value of 402.7 million euro.
