December 16 (SeeNews) - Slovenian share indices fell further in lower turnover on Wednesday, data of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) showed.
The blue-chip SBITOP index edged down 0.70% to 973.88 points and the broader SBI20 index fell 0.63% to 4,014.69 points.
On Tuesday, the SBITOP closed down 0.10% and the SBI20 ended 0.20% lower.
Six of the seven LJSE blue chips closed lower on Wednesday and only rubber-to-tourism holding company Sava rose. Its shares closed 1.19 higher at an average daily price of 228.61 euro ($332.9)
Nova Kreditna Banka Maribor led the SBITOP decliners, closing at an average daily price of 11.48 euro, 1.63% down from its previous close.
Drug maker Krka was the most liquid stock with a traded volume of 7,216 shares. The company stock fell 1.54% to an average price of 65.17 euro.
LJSE's total turnover slumped to 1.4 million euro from Tuesday's 5.7 million euro.
