October 16 (SeeNews) - Slovenian share indices closed higher on Friday while turnover fell, data of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) showed.
The blue-chip SBITOP index was up 0.43% to 1,127.23 points and the broader SBI20 index added 0.54% to 4,633.46 points.
On Thursday, the SBITOP rose 1.92% and the SBI20 added 1.88%.
Four of the seven LJSE blue chips ended lower and three rose on Friday.
Rubber-to-tourism holding company Sava led the decliners, ending 2.49% lower at an average price of 213.96 euro ($319).
Fuel retailer Petrol paced the blue-chip advancers. Shares closed 2.38% higher at an average price of 360.22 euro.
Nova Kreditna Banka Maribor, the nation's second biggest lender by assets, was the most liquid company on Friday as 10,667 of its shares changed hands. The stock lost 0.79% to 15.13 euro.
LJSE's total turnover fell to 2.932 million euro from 5.899 million euro on Thursday.
