LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), March 12 (SeeNews) – Slovenia's sovereign holding company SDH said on Thursday it is inviting bids for a 15.279% stake, or 30,557 shares, in document printing company Cetis.
The deadline for submitting offers is May 31 as the tender is open for domestic and foreign companies, SDH in a statement.

The offered shares are held by SDH and equity pension and disability insurance companies, SDH added.
In October, Cetis said its first-half consolidated net profit fell 13% on the year to 3.14 million euro ($3.6 million).
Cetis is active in security and commercial printing, including the printing of ID documents, lottery tickets and cards as well as in packaging and labels. It is part of MSIN Group which employs more than 1,200 people in its companies.
